Crossovers from different manufacturers are increasingly common on the roads of the country. Now on the roads of Ukraine it will be possible to see the new crossover Seat Ateca. Exactly one year ago, this novelty was presented at the Geneva auto show. At the same time, the delivery time to different countries was immediately announced. Seat Ateca is built on the modular MQB platform, which was developed by the Volkswagen concern. The same platform is used in the new second generation Volkswagen Tiguan and will form the basis of the new Skoda Yeti.
The Seat crossover inherited its name from one of the settlements in the province of Zaragoza, in Spain. The new Seat Ateca crossover will be delivered to Ukraine with two gasoline units. The first is a 1.2-liter TSI engine with 115 horsepower, a six-speed manual transmission will be installed in pair with it.
The second unit is a 1.4-liter TSI gasoline engine with a Start / Stop function, the power of this unit is 150 hp. For this engine, two gearbox options will be offered in pair, this is the previously known 6-speed gearbox and the robotic 7-speed DSG. In addition, it is worth noting that all-wheel drive will be available in the Ateca, which is not on the first engine. Diesel variants of the Seat Ateca are expected to appear in July this year. These will be all-wheel drive variants only, and a 2-liter turbo four will be included in the kit. The power of these diesels will be 190 and 150 horses. The basic configuration of the gasoline Seat Aceta includes four airbags, two in front and two on the sides. Height-adjustable driver's seat and center console with armrest. ABS and ESP will be available from the auxiliary systems. The front headlights of the Ateca will be with LED running lights. The presence of power windows on the front and rear doors will also be a plus. The side mirrors will be heated and electrically adjustable. On a pleasant note, it is possible to note air conditioning, central locking with a remote control, as well as a multimedia system with a 5 ″ touch screen.
The list of options for the new Seat Ateca crossover is not small enough, you can add wireless charging of gadgets, a blind spot monitoring system, a rear view camera or a fully circular view system. Also add a suspension selection system (Sport, Trip and others), a parking system, a panoramic roof, LED optics and Alcantara upholstery. The new Seat Ateca will feature adaptive cruise control, power tailgate and touchless activation, emergency braking, a winter package, and leather upholstery.
In terms of size, the new Seat Ateca crossover turned out to be small:
- length - 4363 mm;
- crossover width including mirrors - 2078 mm;
- height - 1601 mm;
- wheelbase Seat Ateca - 2638 mm.
The driver can customize the upholstery of the passenger compartment from several leather options or change the multimedia system with a large screen and functions. In total, there will be three trim levels for the Seat Ateca: Reference, Style and Xcellence. Ateca Reference complete set, it is also basic, starts from UAH 573,813. The second version of Style starts at UAH 708,726. The maximum configuration of Xcellence will cost from UAH 832,158. The most top-end Ateca Xcellence will tighten for UAH 1,061,798 SEAT
