So, it had a built-in steering wheel heating, new climate control, window deflectors, an electric rear door, as well as automatically closing mirrors. For the Mazda CX-5, manufacturers have heated special areas of the wipers, rear seats and pillars, as well as equipped with an automatic braking system. The multimedia complex Mazda CX 5 called MZD Connect is represented by the latest head-up display, which measures 7 inches. Technically, the Mazda CX 5 is presented with two engine options. The first unit is a 2.0-liter SkyActiv-G petrol engine, while the second is a 2.5-liter petrol engine of the same brand. The power of the first is 150 horsepower, and the second is 192 horsepower. For both trim levels of the Mazda CX 5, a six-speed automatic transmission SkyActiv-Drive or a manual transmission SkyActiv-MT is offered.
The price of the Mazda CX 5 varies depending on the type of version. Thus, the cost of the basic Drive configuration is 1,431,000 rubles, while the top version of the Supreme will be more expensive and will amount to 2,003,000 rubles. It will be possible to buy Mazda CX-5 in Russia already in July 2017.
The main competitors of the Mazda CX 5 crossover can be Hyundai Tucson, Nissan Qashqai, Kia Sportage and, finally, the most expensive model among the presented Toyota RAV4 cars.
